App is always up. Doesn’t try to force Authenticator apps on me like uphold did and none of which worked. Processes transactions lightning quick. Withdrawals to cold wallet work fine. App has never once crashed on me. Wire transfer deposits credit same day while Uphold makes me wait 4 days. Some have said difficult to withdraw but I’ve only been slowly accumulating via DCA so I cannot speak to that. I’m happy with Kraken. Together with uphold is has the easiest to use interface for searching, reading price graphs and executing trades. Two small suggestions for future upgrade: (1) uphold tabulates and shows average cost or any price paid to date for each crypto balance when you click on your individual holdings. It’s a nice feature to have on red candle days when you want to see your average cost. (2) would be nice if allowed a memo to be added to the trade. Uphold has this on a preview trade screen before you click to confirm. I like to have a reference I can type in on a transaction like “bought addit $100 of XXX on 5.4% dip to 0.45 avg cost 0.48.”

I have to say I am very glad I didn’t give up on them in the beginning and stuck around bc they have had to work out some things but what is nice is they actually fix things and care about the customers ease of use but also the security measures I believe now in place are perfect! Not to much once you know what to expect or how to do it! I love having to verify every btc address by email but then they are save with no limits on just a few! This part was well thought out bc if you had to wait and could only verify three or something! Then wait another 24 hours ppl wouldn’t use it! I have noticed cash app mostly but for some strange reason if sent to an older stored address it still works but slower! If you check cash app before sending it will provide you a different address every few days! My favorite part is the converting to cash and send to your regular bank account is priceless at times! The one thing that would make this the best app and would be all I needed! If we had a debit card we could use for our account

I had some pretty extensive problems that I mostly created on my Kraken account. I would rate them at a 7+ it took me about two days to explain all of the problems that I was experiencing once they understood everything I would say it took an additional 2 to 3 days so that is a total of five days or so that may seem like a lot, but I had really made things difficult for them. They were solid and complete in fixing all of these problems. You get onto the app and start funding your crypto it is very easy if you are using debit card, credit card bank wire transfer I like the direct deposit from my checking account using their ACH Plaid I can’t say enough about how well there associates helped me and how well their platform works! I love it I wouldn’t use anything else. Thank you Bill.
